Skinny Chicken Broccoli Casserole

What you need to this casserole:

Chicken tenders (cooked and diced)
Fresh steamed broccoli (cooked)
98% fat free cream of chicken soup
Nonfat evaporated milk
Fresh lemon juice
Reduced fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
Bread crumbs ( Italian flavored)
Grated Parmesan cheese
Nonstick baking spray

How to make this Skinny Chicken Broccoli Casserole:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2. Prep 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick baking spray

Step 3. Add the diced chicken and broccoli together in a large bowl.

Step 4. Stir together the 2 cans of soup, milk, and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Step 5. Combine the wet ingredients (soup, milk, and lemon juice with the chicken and broccoli. Mix well.

Step 6. Scoop the mixture into the baking dish.

Step 7. Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.

Step 8. Mix the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together.

Step 9. Evenly toss the shredded cheese on top of the mixture.

Step 10. Sprinkle the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese evenly on the casserole. 

Step 11. Lightly coat the casserole with baking spray.

Step 12. Leave casserole uncovered.

Step 13. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. (Or until bubbly)
