Skinny Taco Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces light cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup salsa (any kind)
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Roma tomato (diced)
  • 1 small avocado (diced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon sliced olives

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), salsa, and taco seasoning using an electric mixer.
  2. Spread this creamy mixture on the bottom of a large shallow glass dish (such as a 9″ x 13″ pan).
  3. Layer the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, avocado, green onions, and sliced olives on top.
  4. Serve the Skinny Taco Dip cold with baked tortilla chips or fresh veggies like mini bell peppers, cucumber slices, or carrot sticks.
